1. Standard Shipping (estimated delivery within 2–6 business days)
Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a dispatch notification with tracking details. The email will include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery’s progress. Please note that tracking links may only become active once the carrier has scanned the parcel into their system later in the day.
RETURNS
XTEND Hair Extensions Return Policy:
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do provide exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the hair must be in its original packaging with the gold ribbon still intact.
